flash player - random behaviour - slow video play - Ask Ubuntu


i use xubuntu 16.04 , have problem playing videos youtube, southpark.cc.com , on..

when system there chance every video stream slow in firefox , chrome well.

it happen works fine in 1 session, , after restart have problem again, , if restart yet time work well, work slow too..

it weird , not know spell cast.
