grub2 - Can I boot a Live USB fully to RAM, allowing me to remove the disk? - Ask Ubuntu
i have live usb made standard ubuntu disk image creator 16.04 lts. in current state, can boot disk, still requires original usb run @ times.
attempting pull drive , use system generates large amount of i/o errors, further suggesting usb drive needed things not already loaded ram (for example, firefox worked without usb, used once before already. apt
, on other hand, did not.)
is there way copy entire ubuntu live disk ram, can remove drive , free usb slot other things?
