gnome panel - 16.04 Flashback Metacity: ALL upper-right applets now missing - Ask Ubuntu


i'm on 16.04. 3 monitors. nvidia card. station has been upgraded 14.04. i'm using flashback metacity theme.

there lot of people experiencing issue in these forums [ i've scoured ]. solutions i've tried. not work.

all until 2 days ago. time/date logout gear thing -- upper right items gone.

i've tried following:

  1. reinstall indicator-datetime
  2. rm -rf ~/.config/dconf/
  3. reinstall flashback
  4. sudo dpkg-reconfigure --frontend noninteractive tzdata
  5. dconf reset -f /com/canonical/indicator/datetime/
  6. pkill -f datetime
  7. reboot, logout, login ...etc.
  8. settings -> show date ..etc.

no change whatsoever. sound/volume missing --all applets in upper right missing , right-clicking not offer options.

ps ax | grep -i indicator-datetime

for time being i'm running xclock. have no logout,restart,sound ...etc.

i can't add indicator applet panel in gnome-classic

was able manually add in equivalent items detailed above. still wondering why stuff disappeared.

windows - "-2146893807 NTE_NOT_FOUND" when repair certificate store - Super User

i try repair certificate store in windows 10 doing c:\windows\system32>certutil -store -user ‎330000019dba8d5dddb98062a900000000019d "personal" certutil: -store command failed: 0x80090011 (-2146893807 nte_not_found) certutil: object not found. i have double check mmc, certificate details serial number of certificate. still fail repair certificate store. can please help? i getting same error when trying export pfx. turns out had export c:\cert.pfx instead of cert.pfx (it trying export file cert store ( cert:\localmachine\my ).
