partitioning - Resize LVM partition? - Ask Ubuntu

i have 1023g tb lvm partition on /dev/sda5, partition same on /dev/sda2 id of 5 , labeled "extended partition". /dev/sda 1.8 tb. finally, have /dev/mapper/files--vg-root 1022.5 gib , lvm swap wich 1gib

so how might go resizing either of there partitions don't know 1 actual lvm partition.

thanks!

i suggest using gui resize partition. try kde partition manager 3.0 can see lvm partitions.

you can on neon live cd (user edition enought now)

then open terminal , install partitionmanager:

apt update; apt install partitionmanager
