14.04 - OpenVPN server Failing to start - Ask Ubuntu


currently installed openvpn on ubuntu 14 vps. when try start admin web panel error:

process started , exited: ['thu nov 3 11:17:49 2016 error: cannot open tun/tap dev /dev/net/tun: no such file or directory (errno=2)'] service failed start or returned error status

when try start console:

root@inforcer25:~# service openvpn start openvpn: unrecognized service

Windows XP installation, no previous version of Windows NT - Super User
