boot - Ubuntu not booting on dualboot laptop - Ask Ubuntu

i installed dualboot on sony vaio duo 13 laptop windows 10 , ubuntu 16.10. ubuntu installation finished expected when try boot ubuntu gets stuck displaying this: https://www.dropbox.com/s/qdtlo2x4b3q30i5/dsc_0013.jpg?dl=0
windows 10 boot option works expected.

one thing mention installed root , home partitions on sd-card. wanted try extend small ssd in laptop. partitions this:
laptop ssd:
1. bootloader partition (grub)
2. swap partition
3. windows recovery partition
4. efi system reserved
5. microsoft reserved
6. ntfs partition
7. windows partition (c:\)
sd-card:
1. ubuntu root (/)
2. ubuntu home (/home)

searching "fixing recursive fault reboot needed" line lead me this: error "fixing recursive fault reboot needed" , tried recommended boot options acpi=off, nomodeset etc. them "loading linux 4.8.0-22-generic ... loading initial ramdisk ..." displayed after grub , nothing more happens.

can me getting ubuntu boot properly? in advance!

edit
