Ubuntu 16.10 to 16.04 - Ask Ubuntu

hi guys have laptop dual-booted ubuntu 16.10 , windows 7. wondering if downgrade 16.04 lts , btw installed 16.04 upgraded 16.10. want go 16.04 because lot of software want hasn't been released 16.10 "yakkety"

there no way of doing "rollback" ubuntu 16.04 lts. backup, 16.04 lts installation files , clean install.

drivers - No wi-fi network after install - Ask Ubuntu

i installed ubuntu 16:10 on xiaomi air 13 "uncommon device know" i'm not able see wifi connection. problem occurred right after install, since before "during try ubuntu , installation" able see , connect w/out problem. if go settings -> network i'm not able turn on wifi "it switch off turn on". nothing in software , update -> more driver. what should ? :c edit:i able fix metod here wi-fi drivers laptop xiaomi air 13 but can't find programm/app on ubuntu software c. "like geany". problem somehow related fix found ?
