Just installed baldur's gate original saga in ubuntu 16.04 64-bit and there is no sound - Ask Ubuntu


i'm new games, , apologies if posted in wrong place. have installed baldur's gate original saga .sh file. installation went great. seems working fine. problem there no sound. took suggestion support website (gog) install libasound2 libraries. there still no sound. have suggestion? thanks!

the support website says install 'dependencies listed in game's requirements', baldur's gate original saga isn't on gog anymore, enhanced edition lists packages installed (in pane on right). based on that, you'll want run command:

sudo apt install libc6:i386 libasound2:i386 libasound2-data:i386 libasound2-plugins:i386

Windows XP installation, no previous version of Windows NT - Super User
