shutdown - Ubuntu stuck in shotdown - Ask Ubuntu


my ubuntu 16.04 stuck in shutdown times when use of memory(ram).

shutdown how described before when usage small not time ram , swap usage high wont shutdown in splash removed splash grub file. restart

ctrl + alt + print scr + b

.
i've tied thing find such removing quiet-splash grub,...
because time happens finding right answer hard.

the problem solved reinstalling newer version of ubuntu.
