browser - Chromedriver is opened instead of "normal" Chrome - Ask Ubuntu


when i:

  • click on ubuntu start button > type "chrome" > select chrome application
  • or click on url on slack

instead of opening chrome would, opens "chromedriver" use job , throws following error:

translation: error when loading extension from: . manifest file missing or unreadable

and opens "chromedriver". there not bookmarks , "data:," in url (usually when chromedriver starts appears that)

i attach 2 configs have in ubuntu default browsers. can see in bash window, have 2 "chromes" (i tried using both problem remains) , in "details" page instead of reading "google chrome", can see there page referenced "dashboard something"

drivers - No wi-fi network after install - Ask Ubuntu

i installed ubuntu 16:10 on xiaomi air 13 "uncommon device know" i'm not able see wifi connection. problem occurred right after install, since before "during try ubuntu , installation" able see , connect w/out problem. if go settings -> network i'm not able turn on wifi "it switch off turn on". nothing in software , update -> more driver. what should ? :c edit:i able fix metod here wi-fi drivers laptop xiaomi air 13 but can't find programm/app on ubuntu software c. "like geany". problem somehow related fix found ?
