cpu - Pinning a virtual machine to a particular physical core in Openstack - Ask Ubuntu


i have openstack autopilot deployment on 3 physical machine , intend evaluate interference between collocates vms on single physical core. purpose i'm looking detailed & ubuntu-specific instructions on how pin vm specific pcpu have multiple vms on same core & go on experiment. advice make big difference on how time i'm gonna spent in step. thanks.

you'll want either create new flavour, or edit 1 of existing flavours (using admin credentials available in autopilot dashboard) - , follow "cpu pinning section" of openstack admin docs here: http://docs.openstack.org/admin-guide/compute-flavors.html#cpu-pinning-policy

drivers - No wi-fi network after install - Ask Ubuntu

i installed ubuntu 16:10 on xiaomi air 13 "uncommon device know" i'm not able see wifi connection. problem occurred right after install, since before "during try ubuntu , installation" able see , connect w/out problem. if go settings -> network i'm not able turn on wifi "it switch off turn on". nothing in software , update -> more driver. what should ? :c edit:i able fix metod here wi-fi drivers laptop xiaomi air 13 but can't find programm/app on ubuntu software c. "like geany". problem somehow related fix found ?
