14.04 - Do not display launcher when moving desktop icons - Ask Ubuntu


when drag , drop icons on desktop launcher appears (even when i'm far border.) can become annoying when want put desktop icon left border , not in launcher. there setting make launcher not appear when moving around desktop icons? using 14.04

the way of doing want not make launcher disappear while dragging , dropping icons right next launcher.

dragging , dropping icons below position of launcher cannot done in unity, that's hard-coded behaviour.
