backlight - Brightness stucked on max - Ask Ubuntu


my brightness stuck on max. when try decrease keyboard, brightness' ui tells me brightness decreasing, visually doesnt happens. tried change directly in backlights files, didn't worked.

i'm on notebook, ubuntu 15.04. tried reinstall ubuntu, change os, problem doesnt disappear. can me?
