unity - Applications disappear after unlocking (16.10) - Ask Ubuntu


chrome , slack clients show open in task bar, windows found. clicking icons in task bar no - must terminate applications , restart them. problem first appeared in 16.04, continues after upgrade 16.10 on hp probook hdmi monitor (so, 2 screens active).

seeing many similar experiences, , no feedback.

drivers - No wi-fi network after install - Ask Ubuntu

i installed ubuntu 16:10 on xiaomi air 13 "uncommon device know" i'm not able see wifi connection. problem occurred right after install, since before "during try ubuntu , installation" able see , connect w/out problem. if go settings -> network i'm not able turn on wifi "it switch off turn on". nothing in software , update -> more driver. what should ? :c edit:i able fix metod here wi-fi drivers laptop xiaomi air 13 but can't find programm/app on ubuntu software c. "like geany". problem somehow related fix found ?
