kernel - Continuous micro-freezing in Ubuntu 14.04 - Ask Ubuntu

since couple of months experience continuous freezings of system (dell xps 13 2014, i7, ubuntu 14.04). if not mistaken, first appeared @ time when fans of laptop broke down, system randomly freeze (and stayed frozen). i've replaced fans , "total freezings" have disappeared; still experience very, annoying micro-freezings (~½ second): usual work not affected much, watching youtube video or listening spotify has become virtually impossible; can't understand whether issue of bios, cpu, or ubuntu.

let me copy , paste syslog last 30 minutes or so: fact trackpad loses sync looks me symptom, not cause of freezings.
