networking - "configuring network interfaces", prompting for password - Ask Ubuntu

it happens few times each day. wifi stops working, disconnects, asks password , doesn't accept correct one. can't connect open wifi though can see it.

the thing works physically removing network card usb , putting again.

how diagnose , correct problem?

my system kubuntu 16.04.
