software installation - libglib2.0-dev package has unmet dependencies - Ask Ubuntu


i'm trying install libglib2.0-dev (dependency gstreamer1.0-dev) 64-bit ubuntu-16.04 unsuccessful, following error message: 

the following packages have unmet dependencies:  libglib2.0-dev : depends: libglib2.0-0 (= 2.48.0-1ubuntu4) 2.48.1-1~ubuntu16.04.1 installed                   depends: libglib2.0-bin (= 2.48.0-1ubuntu4) e: unable correct problems, have held broken packages.

i proceed install dependency libglib2.0-bin ubuntu says it's newest version: 

reading package lists... done building dependency tree        reading state information... done libglib2.0-bin newest version (2.48.1-1~ubuntu16.04.1). 0 upgraded, 0 newly installed, 0 remove , 4 not upgraded.

any comments resolve issue welcomed.

windows - "-2146893807 NTE_NOT_FOUND" when repair certificate store - Super User

i try repair certificate store in windows 10 doing c:\windows\system32>certutil -store -user ‎330000019dba8d5dddb98062a900000000019d "personal" certutil: -store command failed: 0x80090011 (-2146893807 nte_not_found) certutil: object not found. i have double check mmc, certificate details serial number of certificate. still fail repair certificate store. can please help? i getting same error when trying export pfx. turns out had export c:\cert.pfx instead of cert.pfx (it trying export file cert store ( cert:\localmachine\my ).
