wireless - Very slow wifi connection on 14.04 - Ask Ubuntu


i have toshiba satellite running ubuntu 14.04. partner has toshiba satellite running windows 7, both using same tp-link wifi modem. gets around 8-9 mbps while between 1.44 - 2.0 mbps (our rural area still in dark ages). have spent hour on phone isp technician,done multiple speedtests, both wifi , cable. either way lose out each time. internal blocking bandwidth? reinstalled 14.04 after 16.04 install failed, still 'uncontaminated'. internet speed hasn't changed before install now. hope has solution me.

try setting driver parameter

sudo -i echo "options rtl8188ee msi=1"  >  /etc/modprobe.d/rtl8188ee.conf exit

reboot , check

windows - "-2146893807 NTE_NOT_FOUND" when repair certificate store - Super User

i try repair certificate store in windows 10 doing c:\windows\system32>certutil -store -user ‎330000019dba8d5dddb98062a900000000019d "personal" certutil: -store command failed: 0x80090011 (-2146893807 nte_not_found) certutil: object not found. i have double check mmc, certificate details serial number of certificate. still fail repair certificate store. can please help? i getting same error when trying export pfx. turns out had export c:\cert.pfx instead of cert.pfx (it trying export file cert store ( cert:\localmachine\my ).
