Ubuntu 16.10 with VirtualBox: Host cannot access audio cd in physical drive - Ask Ubuntu


i have ubuntu 16.10 (upgraded fresh 16.04) stationary computer - host - physical dvd-burner drive. have latest version of virtualbox installed work need windows , various linux-versions guests.

now listen audio cd's in host dvd-drive, various audio cd utilities in ubuntu (the host) not recognize audio cd , give vague indications there no media in drive @ all. might because virtualbox intercepts drive in order present guests , presented host data-only drive?

i fix this. not have need physical drive inside virtualbox, telling virtualbox leave drive alone fine. "passthrough" option in virtualbox gui not remedy in host.

am on right track or barking wrong tree?

windows - "-2146893807 NTE_NOT_FOUND" when repair certificate store - Super User

i try repair certificate store in windows 10 doing c:\windows\system32>certutil -store -user ‎330000019dba8d5dddb98062a900000000019d "personal" certutil: -store command failed: 0x80090011 (-2146893807 nte_not_found) certutil: object not found. i have double check mmc, certificate details serial number of certificate. still fail repair certificate store. can please help? i getting same error when trying export pfx. turns out had export c:\cert.pfx instead of cert.pfx (it trying export file cert store ( cert:\localmachine\my ).
