server - service temporarily unavailable short periods - Ask Ubuntu


i noticed every , "service temporarily unavailable" message on of sites running on server, after refresh work again. can see resources have been allocated correctly not 100% causing this. logs can check pinpoint problem? have not tried since don't know causing this. had @ php limits , seems standard , nothing have been changed.

i running ubuntu server 14 nginx.

installed ubuntu mate 16.04 lts on decade-old desktop. lspci -k shows: 01:00.0 vga compatible controller: nvidia corporation nv18 [geforce4 mx 4000] (rev c1) subsystem: xfx pine group inc. nv18 [geforce4 mx 4000] kernel driver in use: nouveau kernel modules: nvidiafb, nouveau i wonder nvidia-* driver package need install. thought should nvidia-96 , far checked, there no nvidia-96 package available.
