suspend - Completely disable suspension/sleep in Ubuntu 16.04 - Ask Ubuntu


i'm trying use laptop alarm did below settings prevent suspension. when tried closing , opening laptop lid after few seconds, didn't suspend.

feeling satisfied, closed laptop lid , went bed, alarm didn't ring next morning , laptop got suspended reason.

what doing wrong here? there settings i'm missing?

try make 2 more changes, 1 of them or both of them:

1) setting ignorelid=true in /etc/upower/upower.conf

2) had different problem in 16.04 lts laptop lid well. not boot lid closed , suspended.

i solved going /etc/systemd/logind.conf , doing 2 steps:

a) removed "#" handlelidswitch, in order activate and

b) put "=ignore @ end

handlelidswitch=ignore

you found second step @ same link first one. hope help.

but, buying alaram not bad idea, because laptops not idea turned on day (the hours sleep , hours may use it. @ least buy laptop cooling pad. not expensive. , online ups, remove laptop battery first.

windows - "-2146893807 NTE_NOT_FOUND" when repair certificate store - Super User

i try repair certificate store in windows 10 doing c:\windows\system32>certutil -store -user ‎330000019dba8d5dddb98062a900000000019d "personal" certutil: -store command failed: 0x80090011 (-2146893807 nte_not_found) certutil: object not found. i have double check mmc, certificate details serial number of certificate. still fail repair certificate store. can please help? i getting same error when trying export pfx. turns out had export c:\cert.pfx instead of cert.pfx (it trying export file cert store ( cert:\localmachine\my ).
