boot - Installed ubuntu,GRUB missing and cann't find ubuntu to enter manually - Ask Ubuntu

i installed(dual booted) ubuntu 16.04.1 lts on dell inspiron machine in uefi mode(with secure boot:off) along side windows 10.during installation said grub installed when restarted after installation grub didn't appear,it directly loaded win10.i searched ubuntu in uefi options(in bios) find whether installed or not.nowhere found ubuntu, tried changing other bios modes(like legacy , uefi secure boot:on) sothat can enter ubuntu manually.i cleared hard disk partition , installed once again.but didn't work.i used usb stick booted using unetbootin once , poweriso in second time.i followed instructions install. totally didn't find grub , ubuntu(cann't enter maually) in modes.

note:one of hard disk partitions showing allocated something(may ubuntu) other windows.i unable enter partition can format it.
