dual boot - Persistent filesystem access issues in Windows 10 - Ask Ubuntu

i'm dual booting ubuntu gnome 16.04 , windows 10 across 2 hard drives. originally, if try , access windows partition ubuntu, error, disabling fast startup , hibernation fixes this.

after received anniversary update windows 10, still have problem although have confirmed hibernation off. fast startup option has disappeared menu. suspect change windows in anniversary update has interfered ubuntu accessing ntfs filesystem.

i have heard tool ntfsfix can remove hiberfil.sys file , allow ubuntu access partition, after several users considerable reputation expressed concern could lead data loss, don't think should considered final answer.

how should solve it?
