dual boot - Ubuntu Installation alongside with windows 10 in Dell XPS8900 crashes with Low disk space message - Ask Ubuntu

i have been trying install ubuntu 16.10 in dell xps8900 alongside windows10. have free space (unallocated) of 350gb. after following steps (creating uefi usb boot, starting in recovery mood, boot usb, selecting ubuntu alongside windows 10) os installation starts. after selecting timezone says low disk space , installation crashes.(i think not related timezone, somehow installation can not find sufficient space)

there 350gb free space , later have checked 2 partitions created ubuntu installation indicates identifying free space. still installation crashes low disk space reason.

following same process, have installed ubuntu alongside windows 10 @ laptop.(lenovo). not working desktop.(dell xps 8900) have tried @ least 10 times different options.

please help.
