Dell shipped laptop start up scripts delllctservice delllctservicecontent starttracker - Ask Ubuntu


i have m3800 dell laptop came ubuntu pre-installed. system stalls @ shutdown, , see error starttracker pid not found. maybe not relevant, , not looking here on how resolve error. because of that, noticed there 2 scripts run @ startup: /etc/init.d/delllctservice /etc/init.d/delllctservicecontent starts
/usr/bin/starttracker

i have looked around in internet find out these scripts , services start do), couldn't find them, apart (unanswered, more 1yr old) question on dell forums, asking can source code found (since gplv3+): http://en.community.dell.com/support-forums/software-os/f/3525/t/19643280

so, questions are: 1. these scripts do? 2. required ubuntu run on dell laptops? 3. source code them? cause if can't @ source code, there no way know if dell has backdoor in our systems or not.

windows - "-2146893807 NTE_NOT_FOUND" when repair certificate store - Super User

i try repair certificate store in windows 10 doing c:\windows\system32>certutil -store -user ‎330000019dba8d5dddb98062a900000000019d "personal" certutil: -store command failed: 0x80090011 (-2146893807 nte_not_found) certutil: object not found. i have double check mmc, certificate details serial number of certificate. still fail repair certificate store. can please help? i getting same error when trying export pfx. turns out had export c:\cert.pfx instead of cert.pfx (it trying export file cert store ( cert:\localmachine\my ).
