apt - Unable to update anything; GPG error - Ask Ubuntu


this first time i've ever posted forum, bear me. might add i'm new ubuntu. far, it's stressful. haven't given up. ok i'm running 13.04 , upgrade, can't seem update manager work. when run

sudo apt-get update

i back

get:1 http ://extras.ubuntu. com raring release.gpg get:2 http ://extras.ubuntu. com raring release ign http ://extras.ubuntu. com raring release e: gpg error: http ://extras.ubuntu. com raring  release: following signatures invalid nodata 1 nodata 2

i promise i've tried under sun , googled myself death past several days trying figure out. if need more info please tell me, sorry i'm not sure else say....help?! :(

windows - "-2146893807 NTE_NOT_FOUND" when repair certificate store - Super User

i try repair certificate store in windows 10 doing c:\windows\system32>certutil -store -user ‎330000019dba8d5dddb98062a900000000019d "personal" certutil: -store command failed: 0x80090011 (-2146893807 nte_not_found) certutil: object not found. i have double check mmc, certificate details serial number of certificate. still fail repair certificate store. can please help? i getting same error when trying export pfx. turns out had export c:\cert.pfx instead of cert.pfx (it trying export file cert store ( cert:\localmachine\my ).
