command line - tmux powerline keeps adding status bars - Ask Ubuntu


i installed powerline , works fine in normal terminal. when open tmux keeps adding status-bars @ bottom of window every 2 or 3 seconds.
.tmux.conf contains source path/to/powerline/tmux/binding. enter image description here

for reason, deleting watch character in powerline.json didn't work me, deleting "name": "time" line in .../tmux/default.json file removed clock , fixed problem.
