video - How to insert embedded YouTube player into LibreOffice Impress? - Ask Ubuntu


in powerpoint 1 able insert youtube embedded player providing program link video can played within actual slide rather 1 having open in browser.

but haven't been able find such functionality in libreoffice impress. there such feature? running ubuntu gnome 16.10 gnome 3.22.

first have download video in order embed in slide in libreoffice impress. recommend downloading mp4 format video, because youtube provides big selection of video resolutions mp4 format, give control of size of finished presentation.

  1. install gstreamer backend libreoffice , youtube-dl.

    sudo apt-get install libreoffice-avmedia-backend-gstreamer youtube-dl

  2. download video in youtube using youtube-dl. video format should mp4 or other video format supported libreoffice impress. resolution of downloaded video controls size of video on slide. if want see small video box in slide, select low resolution 426x240 in youtube-dl options. selecting low resolution produce presentation of manageable size.

  3. in impress select insert -> movie , sound...

  4. a new insert movie , sound window open. can see list of supported video formats opening dropdown list of file types in bottom right corner of insert movie , sound window. browse video, select video , click open button in lower right corner embed video in slide.

  5. the controls play, pause , stop appear in bottom left corner of impress interface. when start slide show , navigate slide has video embedded in it, video start playing automatically. when go next slide or stop slide show, video stop playing automatically.

i try repair certificate store in windows 10 doing c:\windows\system32>certutil -store -user ‎330000019dba8d5dddb98062a900000000019d "personal" certutil: -store command failed: 0x80090011 (-2146893807 nte_not_found) certutil: object not found. i have double check mmc, certificate details serial number of certificate. still fail repair certificate store. can please help? i getting same error when trying export pfx. turns out had export c:\cert.pfx instead of cert.pfx (it trying export file cert store ( cert:\localmachine\my ).
